I think everyone and their mother should regularly facial steam. It is beneficial for all skin types but particularly acne, oily skins or for people who have dull, tired looking skin. It would be brilliant for any brides to be to add in to their skincare routine in preparation for the big day! It’s best done after you double cleanse and at least once a week. Having studied and received a Diploma in Aromatherapy I can safely say my favourite essential oil to use is tea tree. I love Tisserand’s Organic Tea Tree, and I bought mine from Mulligan’s Pharmacy, Waterford. It has incredible skin benefits and I think every home in the country should have a bottle.
